INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Sometimes, individual therapy is necessary to talk things out one-on-one with a therapist. This might be because you are dealing with individual mental health issues like depression or anxiety, or because your partner refuses to attend couple therapy with you.

FAMILY THERAPY
We provide services for families who are struggling with mental health and relationship issues. We often see families with children and teens who have trouble coping with ADHD, “attitude problems,” or “tantrums.” We help improve co-parenting and strengthen family relationships.
Our areas of expertise include:
- Children and teens displaying behavioral issues
- Children and teens struggling with anxiety or ADHD
- Parent-child relationship strengthening
- Co-parenting and family communication improvement
FEES
You will be asked to provide payment at the end of your session. You can pay by cash, check or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Session rates are as follows:
- Initial Consultation (50 Minutes): $155 – $185
- Initial Consultation (90 Minutes): $205 – $235
- Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy (50 Minutes): $155 – $185
- Individual, Couple, or Family Therapy (90 Minutes): $225 – $255
Please note that all session rates increase by $15 on weekends.
Insurance Policy
We DO NOT accept any type of insurance directly. However, eligible clients have successfully applied for reimbursement through their insurance in the past, and we can provide a signed form detailing your payment and treatment.
Please check with your insurance company first to see what your policy covers.
SERVICES FOR THERAPISTS
SUPERVISION
As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Meg Tenny provides the highest standard of informed and caring guidance to licensed graduate marriage and family therapists (LGMFTs) in the state of Maryland. Meg Tenny offers individual and group supervision via telesupervision. We do not offer internship or practicum placement for graduate students, nor offsite supervision for students.
Fees are $70 per Individual Supervision Hour for LGs and $100 per Individual Supervision Hour for LCs, and $50 per Group Supervision Hour for LGs and $55 per Group Supervision Hour for LCs. Openings are limited at this time.

PRIVATE PRACTICE FOR BUSINESS COACHING
Starting your own psychotherapy practice isn’t easy. Meg Tenny is here to help. Build your private practice from the ground up with support from an experienced Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT).
